Free next day delivery is now available across the UK for our most popular Foster products. So whether you need a speedy Slimline Cabinet or a hasty HR150, you can rely on us to deliver your urgent orders when you need them most.

SOS next day delivery terms and conditions

As market leaders, Foster and Gamko operate a ‘right first time’ objective. This ensures the best possible service level for both our authorised dealers and the end user.

It’s important to us that you receive your delivery on time and as expected. We’ve created this handy video to guide about what you need to be aware of before, during and after ordering your refrigeration equipment, to make sure your products arrive safely and promptly.

  

SOS Next Day Delivery

There are a few terms that are specific to our SOS next day delivery offer, so if using this service please familiarise yourself with the following which may differ to our standard service.

  • SOS delivery is to kerbside (not over the threshold) between 08:00 and 18:00.
    • Note: we can offer timed delivery services to suit you at an additional cost. Please get in touch for more information. 
  • Please note that packaging is not removed during delivery only service.
  • Delivery will be made by a single person crew in a 3.5T vehicle.
  • Orders must be placed by 15:30 to guarantee next day delivery.
  • Whilst our SOS Next Day Delivery service covers most locations, we currently have some restricted areas where we are unable to offer a 24hr service – please check at the point of ordering with us to confirm availability in your area or refer to our SOS map.
  • Services provided are subject to product and transport availability.
  • On the day of delivery, we will communite your expected ETA window.

  • For any items to be collected, they must be closed, empty and outside the building ready to be collected when the delivery is to be made. If the collection is unavailable when delivery is undertaken an abort charge and new collected charge may apply.

  

SOS Next Day Delivery with Unpack,
Installation & Set To Work

If you’d like to make use of our additional unpack, installation and set to work service, please note the following terms which are in addition to those listed above:

  • Installation services are based the product being on a ground floor site with clear access to the final installation position: no steps or stairs, no obstacles e.g. insufficiently wide or tall doorways, and product can be located without additional equipment or site modifications.
  • Includes unpacking, removal of packaging, placement, installation of fittings, connection by 3 pin plug to a standard 230v supply within 1 metre and start up at the time of delivery.
  • No electrical or plumbing work included.
  • Please check that the route through the building is sufficient for the dimensions of the product being delivered, taking care to ensure suitable head height either side of doorways to allow for products to be tipped and stood up again on the other side.
  • Installation & set to work deliveries are not available on any 16/20 amp 1 phase and 3 phase products requiring electrical work, or any products requiring plumbing
  • If a non-ground floor installation is required, there must be a goods lift suitable for the size of product, where there must be the space to stand the product without tilting. To avoid aborted delivery charges it is recommended any non-ground installation be subject to a detailed site survey carried out by a Foster and Gamko representative.
  • Due to the speed of this service, it cannot be guaranteed that there will be a call to check site conditions prior to delivery and installation, and therefore it is the sole responsibility of the authorised dealer and/or customer to check that site conditions fit the delivery service requirements as detailed by Foster and Gamko.
  • For any items to be collected, they must be securely closed, empty and ready to be collected when the delivery is made. If the collection is unavailable when delivery is undertaken, an abort charge and new collection charge may apply.
