Standard delivery is an 18-tonne lorry which is the approximate equivalent size of a double decker bus with a two-man crew, tail lift and stair walker. We also offer timed delivery, and a delivery, install and set to work service, for full information please see our latest price book.
This is especially important when it comes to the safe and timely delivery of our products.
When we are arranging delivery of your order, we will need to ask you for the following information:
- Contact details for the person expecting the delivery, so that we can reach out and confirm they are ready and available on the day of delivery.
- Contact details for the dealer who placed the order, in case we can’t reach the end user.
- Confirmation of access to site and delivery date to avoid any failed deliveries.
- Are we collecting a product at the time of delivery?

Our standard delivery service is free! We’ll always try to get your product over the threshold and to a covered point in your building of choice.
We usually deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, but we also offer an out of hours and weekend service if you need it – just get in touch to discuss.
We also offer expert installation & set to work services if you need that bit of extra help.
We’ll phone you on the morning of your delivery to let you know our ETA. For timed or special deliveries, we’ll keep in contact so that you’re in the know on any changes.
Got an old fridge & struggling to figure out what to do with it? For a small charge we can collect it, removing the hassle and clearing the way for you to enjoy your new refrigeration!
In the unlikely event that we are unable to carry out the delivery services for reasons within our control, our promise is to give a full refund of all associated charges.

Standard delivery is an 18-tonne lorry. All delivery vehicles are equipped with a two-man crew, tail lift and stair-walker. Product(s) will be delivered & placed over the threshold where possible. This is based on ground floor site with clear access (between road and dealer premises/customer site e.g. no double lines, no vehicle restrictions etc. and no steps or stairs, no obstacles or insufficiently wide or tall doorways). Product must be located without additional equipment or site modifications. The time taken to expedite the delivery should take no more than 30 minutes from arriving at site, any longer due to site restrictions/delays could result in an aborted delivery and associated charges being applied.
It is your responsibility to ensure we are made aware of any delivery restrictions prior to undertaking the delivery and these issues may include, but are not limited to, access to the location (low bridges/tight streets) and site access (building site, uneven ground, steps into the building, double yellow lines). Please check that route through building is sufficient for the dimensions of the product being delivered. The contact details provided should be for persons that are on site or have full understanding of the external and internal constraints at the intended delivery location. Aborted charges will be made if delivery is not possible due to access, site or other restrictions previously not identified.
All products will be shipped on pallets, however these will be removed on delivery for all products supplied with pre-fitted castors, unless listed below. This includes: XTRA, Slimline, blast chillers, undercounters, FlexDrawer, low level counters, heated cabinets, and selected G3. This excludes: Above cabinets fitted with legs/levelling bolts (incl. remotes), all Modular products, Roll-ins, Prep Stations, Pan Chillers, Ice Machines, all Gamko products, Chest Freezers, Thaw cabinets, Fish cabinets, Dual Temperature cabinets, Bakery cabinets and Multidecks/Display.
Delivery services (excluding installation) will aim to get the cabinets over the threshold and/or to a covered point in the building of choice (not the point of installation) provided there is clear and level hard surface access. This does not include negotiating stairs or other obstructions. Services provided subject to product and transport availability.

Transport of old product whilst delivering new product in line with the WEEE Directive. Product being collected must be the same size as replacement, and be located on the ground floor with clear access, otherwise additional charges will apply. Please contact us for further information. Products must be disconnected, clean and empty and in a safe condition at time of collection. Collection with tail lift, from a suitable point on customer's premises - based on ground floor site with clear access (between road and dealer premises/customer site e.g. no double lines, no vehicle restrictions etc. and no steps or stairs, no obstacles or insufficiently wide or tall doorways). Product can be located without additional equipment or site modifications.
For aborted services a recovery of distribution a £250 minimum charge applies. Postponement or cancellation of delivery and collection, or installation services may result in a cancellation charge. Re-arranged services will be priced on application. Charges will be applied if cancellation is made within 2 working days before a requested date.
