Mitchells & Butlers (M&B) hailed Foster Refrigerator as their ‘Cloud 9 Collaborator’ during their Kitchen Contractors Forum in Birmingham last month.

Scott Dackombe and Dan Pratt from Foster attended the forum, where M&B set out their strategy for the next financial year.

“At Foster, we are committed to working closely with our customers to find the right solution for them,” said Dan Pratt, National Account Manager. “M&B recognised this and we are proud to receive this award.”

“Over the last 18 months, we have worked with M&B to design specific refrigerated storage products and tailor our existing products to meet their requirements. It’s so important to listen to what the customer wants and adapting to suit it.”

Three Foster employees were also recognised as ‘Behind the Scenes Wonders’: Sarah Crawford (Key Account Coordinator), Chris Playford (Market and Development Director) and Andrew Hodges (Senior Design Engineer).

“Everyone at Foster goes above and beyond, and to have three of our people’s hard work recognised is fantastic,” said Scott Dackombe, Commercial Business Manager.

M&B are one of the largest operators of restaurants, pubs and bars in the UK, with around 1700 establishments all over the country.
